What sets MonteCarlo apart from other designs is its unique manufacturing process. The toilet is made using Gravity Slip Casting in plaster molds, a technique that ensures precision and consistency. It also features the MaxiClean™ technology, which consists of two superior jets that generate strong pressure for maximum cleaning and water savings. The Rimless system further facilitates cleaning, reducing the appearance of germs and bacteria.

The design was based on an ethnographic study of Latin American families, with a focus on Colombia. Despite the challenges of updating a popular design, the team successfully preserved the features that customers loved while improving aesthetic quality and product attributes.
